When I’m not behind my camera, I enjoy relaxing at a coffee shop, or spending time at my church.
I have a college degree in Child Development and work full-time as a child care teacher—early childhood education is truly one of my greatest passions!
My roots trace back to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, one of my favorite places to visit. I’m bilingual in Spanish and English, and I love being able to connect with people in both languages.
I’m fueled by the perfect cup of coffee, inspired by melodies that turn moments into memories, and always up for the next adventure.
Above all, I pray that my life reflects the joy only God can give—to everyone I meet, wherever I go.

The Colo's
Working with Merari has been a huge blessing! We were fortunate enough to have her take our engagement and wedding photos. I could not have imagined hiring anybody else and I’m beyond grateful she was willing and available to us. She was punctual, responsible and open to all of our ideas and wishes during the shoots. Not to mention extremely professional and friendly, all at the same time. My husband and I are both shy and a bit awkward but Merari was so sweet and made us feel so comfortable during our photo shoots. Merari is truly passionate about her work and it shows. Our engagement photos came out just like my pinterest board which was a dream come true! We will always have these meaningful moments to look back on thanks to her going above and beyond to capture them. All of our friends and family also complimented on how beautiful the pictures turned out. She will always be my go to photographer. Thank you so so so much! <3
